Hi Everyone,

I'm looking for 1 housemate or a couple to join me in one of the greenest & lush pockets of Brunswick East.

Your potential room is an extra-large top-floor master bedroom/studio complete with a private ensuite + reverse cycle aircon that overlooks Merri Creek & the Brunswick Velodrome.

Rent is $315 per week excl. bills, bond $1300. I usually organise a cleaner once a month which I have split with previous housemates - keen to discuss this but not essential.

Me, Emily. I'm queer, in my 30s and work full-time in lifestyle marketing. In my spare time I'm doing my masters (almost finished), play social netball, I've just started pole (it's v hard!!) and enjoy socialising so it's safe to say I keep a busy schedule. At home I like to keep it relaxed, and once every couple of months I enjoy hosting my friends for dinner. I'm after a housemate who has a full life but enjoys a casual chat or an occasional vino when we cross paths.

Hi, my name is Emily and I work 9-5 in lifestyle marketing. In my spare time, I'm doing my masters (almost finished), play queer social netball once a week & have just started pole dancing (it's hard, but v fun!!). Outside of this I love, cooking lush dinners, doing the most on the dancefloor & random craft projects - I always have one on the go. At home I like to relax as I'm often working looooong days - whether it's re-runs of RuPaul's Drag Race, RHOBH or chatting over a wine, I tend to keep it pretty chill. That said, I do love a good night out every now and then, and the occasional dinner party.
Compatible people
After living in shared accommodation for 10 years, I'm pretty down with the drill. I'm looking for friendly, fun, considerate housemates who like living in a clean, beautiful home. I'd prefer someone who is working full-time but if you're great this isn't essential.

I'm clean, tidy and respectful and expect you to be too. With previous housemates I have organised a monthly cleaner & would be keen to continue this arrangement if that works for you. A side note - I am Coeliac which means I have a severe allergy to gluten. If you are also gluten-free, this will be a bonus. If not it just means our kitchen is always super tidy!
