Cosy Brunswick unit with two bedrooms! I'm downsizing and subletting what is currently my office, for the right fit. Common areas are fully furnished, and the bathroom is shared. My 15 year old cat (Whiskey) lives here, so unfortunately I'm not able to accept expressions of interest from individuals with pets.
Rent price does not include bills, which would be shared evenly, and a bond of $780 would be required. Additionally, you would need to be approved by the property manager per their process.
