Also have one portable heater and one portable air cooling unit you can have for the bedroom.

Looking for someone ideally under 40, but will consider all ages. LGBTQI+ friendly. Accepting of all gender identities, sexual orientations, races, employment status’ etc. - as long as you’re nice, pay rent/bills on time, clean up after yourself, and not a creep I’m not fussed about much else!
Please no cats
Dog would be considered but would need to be docile, fine with cats (this is a must), and trained (no barking etc) - so depends on the individual dog.

Other utility bills split evenly & concession rates applied to all gas, water, & electricity.
General communal household supplies (cleaning products, toilet paper etc) are also split evenly as well as coffee, sugar, stuff like that
