Details:

Lease Term: Current lease is until December 27, 2024. Extending beyond this date is possible and can be discussed, as she wants to keep it tenanted. Possible rent adjustments are not yet confirmed on release offer.

Room Size: 3 x 3.5 meters, featuring a mirrored robe closet.

Apartment Features: Includes 1 bathroom/toilet, a balcony, and an outdoor storage cage.

Furnishings: The apartment is mostly furnished, but the available room is ready for you to personalize. Feel free to add your own touch to the communal areas as well. Please note that current photos may not reflect the present furniture.

Rent and Utilities:

Monthly Rent: $1,200, including gas. Rent is due by the 26th of each month.

Utilities: All other utility bills, including internet, are split 50/50.

Bond: $1,000 to cover the previous tenant’s bond contribution.

Parking: No designated car park, but ample all-day parking is available directly out front.

Move-In Details:
