Excellent location 7 min walk from 2 different train stations, tram and buses. 20 min to cbd via train.
Lovely leafy area with parks and good neighbours. Safe and convenient. On border of Canterbury.
Lots of storage avail in garage.
Or car could be parked there.
Room basic with no built in cupboards. Have a clothes hangar portable and small set of drawers and a bookshelf. Nice outlook onto a garden.
Share bathroom and seperate toilet with one other. The house has an ensuite as well.
House fully furnished otherwise. Do have a queen or double mattress available to use, just no bed base.
Would be renting with 2 females both quiet and respectful, tidy and both working
No need for bond and lease is up end April. The option would be to leave the house or apply to continue renting. One of the ladies is moving out at end of lease. The other is not sure as yet.
Bills included in rent. NBN (5g). Gas cooking and heating. Power.
