We are looking for someone short-term (6 months) to join our Carlton apartment, available from July 2nd.
Rent is $272 per week. Bills are split equally.

The House 🏠

A lovely 3-bed, 1-bath apartment near Carlton Gardens! LGBTQIA+ friendly. We're just a 10-minute walk to Melbourne Central and Parliament stations, right across from a bus stop, and a few minutes from Lygon St. We're also close to RMIT University and Uni Melb!
A quick note: we are located on the third floor, and access is only available via stairs.

The vibe 🌱

We keep the place clean and welcoming so everyone feels at home and can freely use the common areas, making it a relaxing spot. Friends are welcome, but this isn't a party home. Good communication and being considerate is key, so we always let each other know when we have friends over. Keeping things tidy and taking the initiative is important, too. We like to keep the vibe pretty chill around here 💫

Your Room 🌞

This cozy room (Dimensions 2.9 x 2.8) has plenty of natural light. It can easily accommodate a double bed, making it ideal for a full-time professional who doesn't work from home and has an active lifestyle 🙂
