Description of the home

I am looking for someone to take over my lease at Little Hall starting end of November to the end of January. You must be a full-time student at the University of Melbourne.
* Twin Studio (2 private bedrooms, 1 shared bathroom, 1 shared dining area and kitchen)
* $411 per week (all bills included)
* Living with one very friendly, tidy and social other female Unimelb student from Sydney
* Lease end date: 31/01/2025

The building is fully equipped with a gym, communal washers and dryers, multiple study areas, rooftops, game rooms (including a pool and ping pong table), and a movie theatre. There’s weekly events with free food, movie nights, yoga and pilates, and many opportunities to meet other residents. The building is located at Lincoln Square and only an10 minutes walk from the University of Melbourne Parkville campus, a 5 minutes from the CBD, and walking distance from multiple parks, grocery stores, tram stops and train stations.
