Hey there, we have 2 rooms available in our lovely home in Carlton North!

The house is really spacious and has toasty warm ducted heating and reverse cycle air con. It's under 100m from the Park St bike path so super easy access to Princes Park and Eddy Gardens. For PT we are close to the 96, 1 and 6 tram lines and the 250, 251 and 504 buses.

Lisa (39 f) works in the music industry and freelances as a photographer and Chris (30 m) works as a Youth Worker. We all get along really well and hang out here and there but also have our own stuff going on.

We also have Hugo, a 5 year old blue English staffy who lives for food and cuddles. He belongs to Chris and is very much a part of the household. So please make sure you are a dog lover!

We are looking for someone in their late 30s, early 40s who is sociable, clean (very very important!) and tidy, with great communication skills, respectful and kind.

Our home is our sanctuary, we aren't a party house. We have busy lives and enjoy winding down at home.
