Kitchen and bathroom were renovated in 2019. Bathroom (shower, great water pressure) also has washer/dryer. Backyard is east-facing, access via kitchen.

Liv (straight) is an events manager (wfh) and travels for work and enjoys the gym. She’s a morning person, loves a walk, loves cooking and loves a wine. Liv also loves lying out to soak up the sunshine!
Dessert of choice: tiramisu.
Drink of choice: chilled red.
Brigette (gay) is an EA and wfh 2-3 times per wk, enjoys socialising, reading, sewing, cooking and going to the pool. Also loves the sun, loves a wine, loves music.

Ps. We both eat meat.
We are very tidy, and it’s a calm energy house. It’s close to the Carlton baths, Florian, Carlton markets etc., and many friends live nearby in the area so always someone around for catch ups.
We are both friendly, lots of kitchen chats or going for coffee walks. Would be lovely to have some dinners together or go for a wine, play cards or watch a show. Have never needed a cleaning roster because we always clean up after ourselves so this house is literally always very tidy lol
Would be a great space if you’re fresh to Melbourne and looking for friends!
You’ll need to go on the lease which will be $220 admin fee (split with the leaving tenant, so $110). The current lease is until Oct 2025.
We’re not a party house and want to keep it that way :) We’re morning people and not night owls.
We have a house full of furniture, so you’ll only need a bed!
