The apartment is the penthouse on the top 3rd floor, fully furnished with a huge wrap around balcony with beautiful views. It is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment shared with another 2 very friendly female housemates both in their mid 20’s. One of which works in theatre on the set of Harry Potter in melbourne and the other is an event manager. Also comes with a european laundry, dishwasher, lots of kitchen storage and storage cage in underground parking garage.

The apartment in is Carnegie which is 5 minutes from Chadstone shopping centre and 15 minutes from St Kilda/Prahran/Chapel Street. It is in a great location walking distance to Carnegie train station, tram stops, Carnegie Main Street, Woolies, cafes, local parks and ovals, gyms, banks, post offices, you name it!

The Main Street has EVERYTHING! from chemist, banks, bakery, hair dressers, grocerys, fresh green markets, cafes, Thai, ramen, dumplings, noodles, Mexican, French, Italian, Grilled, Nandos, Daniels donuts.....the list goes on!!!! Uber eats here is a dream!

One housemate also has the cutest little cavoodle so must be okay with/not allergic to little dogs.
