Single mature female homeowner looking for a housemate for my spare room. You will have your own bathroom and toilet. I provide breakfast and lunch. You can have tea, coffee and biscuits anytime. Linen and towels will be provided. I have a dedicated fridge space for you. UNFORTUNATELY YOU CANNOT COOK BUT YOU CAN MAKE SANDWICHES, SALAD, AND USE AIR FRYER. There is plenty of room to move around the home. All common areas are accessible. Unlimited Wi-Fi and a TV in your room with Chromecast. You can watch YouTube and other paid channels via Chromecast. Netflix is available for an additional $6 per month. You can enter and exit the home via the side entrance ensuring more privacy.
The location is Caroline Springs in the Western suburbs of Melbourne. YOU CAN BE A WORKER, STUDENT OR INTERSTATE TRAVELLER BUT YOU MUST HAVE A VEHICLE. The Caroline Springs railway station is only a 6 mts drive and you can catch a V line train to Southern Cross station, City which is a comfortable 34-minute journey. My home is only a 24-minute drive from the Tullamarine Airport, therefore, would suit an interstate travellers who spends the week in Melbourne and travel to the country or interstate for the weekend.
