We're a friendly bunch, we'll occasionally play some board games or watch a movie on the 92" TV in the living room together.

The kitchen is fully equipped, so you don't need to bring anything. We have four fridges so don't worry about that. Lots of pantry space too.
You will have a dedicated parking space in the backyard (behind a gate). There's plenty of street parking if you have a guest over.
