Looking for a new housemate!
Our current housemate is moving out mid June and we are looking for someone to take her place.
Rent : $750
Bond: $375 (two weeks)
Bills included.
Located very close to the Carrum Downs shopping centre, and a beautiful reserve close by.
Room:
It's a decent size bedroom has a large wardrobe and plenty of natural sunlight.
You will have your own bathroom with shower 🚿 and toilet.
Plenty of parking space is available and it is a nice and quieter neighbourhood.
We don't have animals as I am allergic.

Note: The room will be unfurnished.(can be furnished with basics) Preferred full time or part time working women.
