All public amenities are given. Shopping area is nearby. It takes only up to 15 mins to get to the shopping road.
Malvern station is the closest train station to get by walk and it takes only 15 mins to get to Flinders Street station. We are well connected. 20 mins to the beach.
Trams go to Swinburne university, University of Melbourne and Monash University (Caulfield Campus) .
