Hey future roomie!! 😄

Come live in our big bright lit house with us in Caulfield North! 🏡

Our flat mate has just upped and left leaving us with an empty room so need the room filled asap as we cannot afford to cover it..

Room is $330 a week plus bills split evenly between all of us. (Bills are pretty cheap). The room also comes furnished with a queen bed, built in robe and drawers as seen in pictures. The house is also fully furnished so all you need is your bags!

Convenient tram accessibility with Tram #3 right outside our door step on Balaclava road and #16 is just a short walk down the street! Caulfield Park is just across the road and free street parking all around. There’s a Coles 5minutes on Tram #3 in Caulfield village and an IGA 6minute walk away which is super handy.

You will be living with 2 girls, myself (26) and Aimee (27) plus our two cats Nacho and Skittles 🐈‍⬛🐈. I work full time so am usually busy all week and just like to chill when I’m not working and Aimee works casually but studies full time so we’re both usually busy most of the time! Always up for a yarn or a drink in the evenings or on weekends though!

We’re both really chill and easy going and hope to find someone that’s on the same wavelength as us. We’re LGBTQ+ friendly and are hoping to find someone between the ages of 18-35 to move in! Sorry no couples!
