My name is Tully and I live in this beautiful house with my twin boys (almost 4), beloved Australian shepherd Banjo and our new ragdoll kitten, Zeus. My housemate and her daughter are moving out and i don't want to lose occupancy of this incredible gem.. the house has beautiful energy, is the most comfortable place I've lived in with split systems in each of the bedrooms and living areas, and best of all, in a quiet one-way street where you can only hear bird song and a few metres from gorgeous Caulfield Park. The two available bedrooms are at the opposite side of the house to us and there house can be divided into distinct "sections" with only a shared kitchen (one large pantry each) and plenty of cupboard space to share.
I work from home quite a bit from my front study, but my boys and I are in and out on the weekends, we sleep at my mums at least one night a week and best of all, we retreat to our "section" by 7.30pm and you'll have your peace and privacy.
