The house is a 4 bedroom and 3 bathroom (1 additional toilet) and has all the modern amenities, including ducted heating/air-conditioning throughout. Downstairs is fully furnished (except for your room) with large living space, a decked outdoor alfresco area, kitchen with new oven, cooktop and fridge. Finally, also includes single garage (used for storage and gym) with long driveway and street parking (that is all-day!) Three mature people. One works as support staff in healthcare, an IT consultant & a pilot.
A room is empty and available for immediate entry after application approval, as shown in first 4 photos, expressions of interest sought. Approval from agent and landlord required, formal lease application to be applied. For inspections pls contact David or Jas.
