Internet:

The free Internet is connected at the extreme speed of 1000Mbps with Aussie Broadband (Voted No. 1 ISP in Australia). The Tri-band AC5300 Wifi router is top of the range (see pic) with a 4 bar Wifi signal everywhere in the house.

Security
----------
The electric front gate opens with a remote control. There are security cameras in and around the property that everyone can view on their phone. For example, you can see if the laundry, kitchen, or gym is free. Visitors or delivers can press the smart doorbell on the right side of the front gate, where a message will be sent to your phone. You will be able to see in real-time who is at the gate and be able to speak to them.

Bike:

All tenants can access a bike to ride to university, work, or around Melbourne. The bike comes with all Victorian safety requirements, such as a helmet, bike lights for riding at night, top of the range Kryptonite U lock, and a basket to carry groceries/bags.

Bills and expenses

$270 a week rent, including A/C room with free Ultra Fast 1000Mbps Wifi Internet and bike for travel. Electricity is free during the day (solar panels). Off-peak electricity, gas, and water bills are divided by the number of people living in the house (about $10 a week). The bond is $800.
