About the occupants
Currently we have a young couple sharing a bedroom + the office space, and another young female using another upstairs room. Downstairs is unoccupied, and one upstairs room will be available for sublet for 1 month.
Residents are all polite and friendly, very respectful of personal time. Typically the house is quiet, but we do have guests over for social nights twice weekly. We host this in the shed and it is unlikely to interfere with anyone's sleep, work or study.
