5m x 4m room with a loft with views above the houses all the way to the city.
The room is on the third floor and quite private. Previous housemate set up a living room in the space and their bed up in the loft (just an idea). Other previous housemates have had a artist workspace in the room also.

The 3 story warehouse is actually very large (former spring factory) has 3 rooms, 1 bathroom and a big basement for storage plus a photo studio (used by Kain). The main living room has high (5m) ceiling and big square windows looking over the roofline of the suburb. Each room is on a different level and far from each other so you have complete privacy.

We do projector movies every now and then in the studio also - watching classics and art house or whatever.
