I'm looking for one lodger for one large room in my beautifully renovated single fronted terrace in Clifton Hill. The room has large built in wardrobes, fresh paint, wooden floorboards, a ceiling fan, hydronic heating. There is a choice of two rooms depending on your preference, the other will be the guest room that can be extra cupboard storage and office/study and when no one is visiting if needed (which is most of the time). You’ll also have a bathroom with bath to yourself.
