Super quiet spot (great for walks and to slow down), but also very accessible to Fitzroy, Collingwood etc. Huge (oversized) lovely townhouse, with the bedrooms upstairs, and living spaces downstairs. There's so many different zones outdoors, making it perfect for when you need a little space to zen out and reflect. Three lush marble bathrooms and a very bourgeoisie bath. We have a sunny home art studio/WFH office at the front of the house, with the living space at the rear.
Two outdoor courtyards out the back with, citrus trees (so many yum lemons) and a patch to plant some herbs and veges. House comes fully furnished. Free on street parking.

Super sparkly and friendly Kiwi who works in financial crime by day, but is a creative film maker on the side and is scarily good a hand pottery. I'm jealous of his skills. Gorgeous sense of humour and energy and is one of my longest childhood friends. Absolute sweetheart who will share meals, water your plants and listen with wide ears open.

A friendly creative creature who shares a common love of the outdoors. Otis is a self employed film maker and journalist, and always has time for others, listening, gathering stories and telling his own. He's a very sweet soul and his often packing his bags for a an adventure to interview interesting people around Australia. Otis works 9-4pm from a coworking space in Fiztory.
