5 year old double storey house. Super open and light with a backyard an undercover area outside for entertaining. 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms plus 1 standalone toilet downstairs. Bedrooms are unfurnished currently but can be if needed and all upstairs. Two living areas; one upstairs one downstairs, a kitchen with appliances, oven, and dishwasher and a semi-home-gym setup in the garage. Short walk to local parks, ovals, wetlands and shops.

House comes with a resident German Shepherd and border collie, both of whom will give lots of love in return for cuddles, pats and occasionally treats.
