Brand new 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, cosy house. The house includes comprehensive kitchen amenities, an extra wide oven with gas burners, washing machine, floorboards throughout, gas ducted heating and air conditioning (split system to be installed in January). The driveway/landscaping has not been completed so the price of the room is reflective of this.

I have two friendly french bulldogs (inside dogs) that live at the house, so you must like dogs.

Sufficient employment of the candidate will be assessed to ensure that they will be able to meet rental obligations. Two weeks security rent will need to be paid in advance and before you move into the property.
