Cute 3 bedroom Californian bungalow in a great location in the heart of Coburg, suitable for singles or couples; couples charged $50 extra on top of advertised price. The common areas are currently furnished, including appliances, the bedrooms are not. Happy to negotiate arrangements to accommodate your situation.
The house is on a decent sized block with sunny back and front yards, very generous sized bedrooms with huge built-in-robes, 3m high ceilings, garage, dishwasher and two toilets.
The house has plenty of sunlight at all times, good airflow, polished floorboards, and solid internal walls which block out almost all household noise when you're in the bedroom. The gardens are in great shape and have well lit and decent sized vegetable garden plots, with available space for gardening. There's also an undercover patio in the back yard that is great for BBQs/outdoor cooking or entertaining, and an outdoor workshop area and garage with storage.
The location is outstanding, 450m from the main Coburg hub. All types of public transport are within walking distance.

Bills are standard - electricity, gas, cold water. Usually divided evenly but happy to negotiate if you're not home much. Internet is currently connected and can be used but probably not suitable for ultra high speed requirements. There are plenty of other internet options to the house.
