A quaint cosy double fronted cottage house just off Smith St. It takes a couple of minutes to walk to the tram stop which takes you into the city, a 10-15min tram ride, or in the opposite direction to Bundoora.
The room is spacious (3.7 x 3.4m-not including the wardrobe). It's light filled with a lovely big window looking onto the street. It has a big wall to wall built-in robe, a large built-in TV wall cabinet with a TV and plenty of shelving for books and personal items.
It has a split system aircon/heater, queen size bed and side table with lamp - also with a desk and chair if required. There's also a separate private bathroom.
The living area is open plan with glass bi-fold doors looking onto the large, light filled decked courtyard.
