A quaint cosy double fronted cottage house just off Smith St. It takes a couple of minutes to walk to the tram stop which takes you into the city, a 10-15min tram ride, or in the opposite direction to Bundoora.

The room is spacious (3.7 x 3.4m-not including the wardrobe). It's light filled with a lovely big window looking onto the street. It has a big wall to wall built-in robe, a large built-in TV wall cabinet with a TV and plenty of shelving for books and personal items.

It has a split system aircon/heater, queen size bed, couch chair, and side table with lamp - also with a desk and chair if required. There's also a separate private bathroom.

The living area is open plan with glass bi-fold doors looking onto the large, light filled decked courtyard.

About the occupants
My work and varied interests keep me busy and I tend to get out of town every month. I also foster dogs so occasionally there's two dogs at home...always plenty of cuddles! I love going to pilates and yoga and love anything to do with water and the sea. I'm social, fun loving, outgoing and love a great conversation about ideas/life/love etc. but likewise value my down time and respect others.
