Description of the home

the house is located lower johnston street, collingwood, halfway between collingwood yards and victoria park station. could not be a more perfect location.

it is a 2.5 bedroom house (you will be living with a couple). one bathroom. separate laundry/toilet downstairs. generous living space. dining room. renovated kitchen. cute small courtyard which is lovely in spring/summer and opens up to a laneway (shared with a small group of lovely neighbours). we have all the house things you’ll need.

the house is super well located to trains (400m from victoria park station), trams (600m from the 86) and buses (both johnston street and hoddle street have city-bound buses every couple of minutes). we walk, cycle and pt everywhere.
we are quite social but want to make sure our home is a place we can rely on to recharge. love to share a meal, film or dance (or all three). at the same time, we value our space and hope this place feels like a sanctuary to you. we are house proud and like to keep our space clean. our home would suit someone who is happy to put in that little bit of extra effort around the home.
