Hi I'm Nic, professionally employed in the community sector, working almost always out of the apartment. During the week is mostly winding down in the building common spaces (the spa gets a workout from me and it's great for a bit of social connection with neighbors) and with some exercise peppered in. Weekends are for dinners, hiking, diving, camping, board games, cinema, a bit of cooking and trying to progress a property development project.

Would love to share with someone who likes uncluttered living and who seeks a sanctuary rather than a party house. Communication with and consideration for each other makes most things work.
