Description of the home
We have a vacant room available in our house located in Craigieburn. The rent is $800 per month with a $500 deposit. You will only need to share the bathroom with one person. The house is a 3-minute drive to Craigieburn Central and within walking distance to bus stops. The room will be available from the 15th of September. There is also a parking spot available.
We do expect tidiness, especially in shared spaces. I’m a tradesman, and the other housemate, Yasin, works in purchasing for a supermarket. On Wednesday evenings, we join group lessons at the Hume Tennis Centre nearby, and there are plenty of parks around for outdoor activities. On weekends, we love to fire up the BBQ and enjoy a few drinks—it’s one of our favorite pastimes. If you have any hobbies or interests, we’d love to hear about them!
