This home is located at the end of a quiet court with a view and access to Craigieburn Golf Course and Lake. 1 min walk to bus station across the road that can take you to Craigieburn Central or train station. Craigieburn Central is only 3 km away. I work part time and have a toddler(23months) who is will be with his dad 2 days a week. I have 2 bedrooms for rent. with 1 large bathroom and a toilet to share among the 2 potential housemates. I live in a separate part of the house. I will not be using the common areas. Working Holiday Visa and Student Visa holders are welcome here.
