HI there, i am looking for a female housemate to move into my home, they need to be like minded i don't want someone who will hibernate in their bedroom as ive had that before and its just awkward.
i am a 35 yr old, very sociable person, i like to entertain, have a wine, binge watch tv shows and be out and about. i work full time Monday- Friday and from home twice a week, i have a 1.5 yr old rottie pup whos name is chloe, she is an inside dog with a doggie door. i am a clean person, i have a cleaner every fortnight. i have internet and a Gardener to tidy the lawns when needed.
the bedroom is empty, with TV points and a wardrobe and a ceiling fan, you will have your own bathroom however is shared when guests are over, all you need to bring is your bedroom and bathroom items.
