Description of the home

I call this our 70s home. Its certainly not modern but it is really comfortable and clean. It has ducted heating and evaporative cooling Its a nice walk to the train station and some local shops. Your bedroom would be the largest to enable you to watch TV in your room and set it up how you want. You would be sharing with me and my 16 year old and my ginger cat. Females only please and only those who are working or studying.
