Looking for a third person to move into our humble abode in Dandenong North, only 1 minute drive to Eastlink and 5 minutes drive to Waverley Gardens and the Monash Freeway. Also only 20 meters from two opposing bus stops. Available for immediate move in.
THE HOUSE
Fully furnished and spacious, with a good sized living room, meal area and kitchen. Separate toilet and bathroom (shared with one person) and laundry. Good sized yard (shared with our two friendly dogs!) and one car park available in the driveway or plenty of street parking.

We are two full-time working professionals in our mid twenties (one male and one female), who spend most of the day out at work and most of our evenings at the gym. Ideally we would like someone who is around the same age as us and lives a similar lifestyle. We have our own social lives, but enjoy hanging out for housemate dinners or Netflix binges!
We’re looking for someone tidy, reliable & respectful who can commit to staying long term (minimum 6 months, or preferably until our end of lease in February next year.) We have no problem with you having friends and family around, but this is strictly not a party house.
