Looking for a single working female housemate:
My unit is actually a 3-bedroom house with an ensuite which I live in. It has two toilets and two shower rooms. It's 2-3 kilometers to Dandenong station, Dandenong plaza and Dandenong Market. M1, Eastlink, and Princes Hwy are all within 1 kilometer. It's next to Lyndale Secondary College and buses 850# and 804# are around the corner, so public transport is very convenient. And plenty of street parking.
You are going to share the spare shower room with my lovely kiwi housemate. She is 60 yo and works night shift. We are looking for someone clean, tidy and not noisy.
