Beautiful unusually big 99sqm apartment located in the free tram zone near the CBD with view on the docks and parks. The building features a pool, a sauna, a gym and a rooftop garden. There are 2 beautiful rooms available with 2 bathrooms. My roommates and I are going away for the summer holidays and are looking for clean and respectful tenants to look after the place. In terms of tenants, we will try and make it fair so that if a single woman rents out a room we would look for another single woman to fill in the other room. But make sure to precise what roommate you would be happy living with.
Inspections available in November 2024. We can do online ones as well. The rooms are available until February the 1st.
