In the heart of Doncaster East, a bustling suburb., walking distance to the Devon Plaza and local dining. There's plenty of multicultural cusines for you to choose from or pick up fresh ingredients from the local supermarket and mini markwt store close by to cook at home.
Public transport is easily accessible, where bus services are extremely reliable to and from the CBD.
If you are driving, the Eastern freeway is just near by, there is ample of free street parking.

Recreational centres, Jackson Court, shopping malls, such as Westfield Doncaster and parks are in proximity via public transport.

We would like to share a friendly, secured, clean atmosphere, where we hope you can call it a home for now.
We expect the property to be kept clean and tidy in respect to the other tenants, as it is a shared space for all. A cleaner can be organised fortnightly to attend to keep a hygienic shared space.

There are two dining areas and a separate lounge area. With one shared bathroom and separate toilet.
The property consists of five bedrooms with large bedroom whcih includes a walk in wardrobe and ensuite. It would be ideal for a couple or just someone who wpuld like some extra space.

There is x4 double beds and x1 queen bedwhich can include bedding for a one off fee. You can literally move in on the day or bring your own furniture.
It includes a lounge suite, small kitchen appliances and cutlery.

We would like to advise utility bills are included but will be discussed with all house members before commencing, if it goes over the allocated sums of money, individuals will be paying for the additional costs.
