Leafy 2 bedroom apartment in Elwood. It's an older apartment so the rooms are quite spacious with plenty of storage. The apartment is fully furnished expect for you bedroom which i'm currently using as an office / spare room. There is one off street park which we can share however there is plenty of street parking available as well.
The location is amazing. It's only 5 mins from shops/cafes on Ormond Road, 10 minute walk to Elwood Beach and 15 mins walk to Elsternwick Train Station.
I am renting so you'd need to be happy to sign onto the least which goes through to June next year.
