Great little spot super close to Elwood beach, St Kilda Botanic Gardens, Acland Street and Elwood Village for plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants, and public transport which are all within walking distance.
- Trams from St Kilda or Nepean Highway 10ish min walk.
- Balaclava station 15 min walk.
- Supermarket 10 min walk.

I gym most mornings, work from office most days in the city, and like to get out an about on weekends catching up with fam and friends - just as much as I like to curl up on the couch with a book. I started running recently, but not sure I love it - motivation welcome here.
I don’t mind a cheeky bev, as well as an arvo nap!

Ideally in your 30s, looking for a long term lease, working full time, non smoker, clean and tidy, somewhat social within the house - love to watch a series or movie together occasionally and/or enjoy a little chat (and a little vino?)

(While I appreciate we need our down time, I’m not looking for someone who spends all their time locked in their bedroom.)
