A comfortably furnished 2nd floor, 2 bedroom apartment (only four apartments in block) in a quiet tree-lined street in Elwood, 80 meters from stunning Elwood beach. Bright and sunny, most windows face out onto greenery. The apartment has renovated wooden floors throughout. The two bedrooms, bathroom and the entrance to lounge room lead off a central hallway. Each bedroom leads onto a large shared front front balcony. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, dishwasher and convection microwave, and most modern condiments. Bedrooms do not have have built-in cupboards. Free WiFi, Netflix, Stan and Prime Video. Back balcony leads onto a shared stairway down to communal backyard. The resident Border Collie’s name is Ralph, well trained and a delight, so any prospective tenants should be animal lovers.

Close proximity (100 m) to public transport and 400m to the Ormond Road shopping precinct.

Bills and expenses

Rent per month is $1150, gas and electricity bills are shared. Wifi, Netflix, Prime and Stan are included in the monthly rent, as is external cleaning on a monthly basis. A $1150 Bond is required. We generally do our own thing food-wise, but am happy to share an occasional meal as the opportunity arises. Cleaning and bathroom items are generally replaced on an alternating basis.

Ralph the Border Collie is well trained and friendly, sleeps indoors as night otherwise the night will be spent chasing the resident possum in the tree in the backyard.
