Hello, my housemate is unfortunately not extending onto our new year long lease.
I’m looking for someone to take over her half of the lease. It is a year long lease.
You will have two bedrooms and a bathroom all to yourself.

I don’t mind if it is a couple or one person. You have to like dogs 😊

Little about I’m 30 years old. I work full time in youth work. I work from home a couple of days a week. I love movies, cooking, working out and chilling out.

It will be $1064 a month. Bills not included. Internet is $36 each a month, bills are every 3 months as well. The house is fully furnished apart from the two rooms. You would need your own bedroom items.
