Local to IGA, bus-stop is a 2 min walk away which will take you into Coburg, or Fawkner train stations. Lots of beautiful local walks along the Merri Creek.
Share-house with primary tenant and her 18yo son.

Me: Part-time NFP team-leader, part-time nursing student (although, deferred for the semester). I love going to the gym, hiking, spending time outdoors, riding bikes, swimming, camping and drinking beer. I like a brewery!
My son: Full-time uni student, works in hospo and umpiring. He loves running, going to the gym, cooking and he's a pleasant young man. Will be travelling to the NT for work from early November and over Christmas, so it would just be the two of us and doggo in the house during that time.
A few things to note:
- Unusually, I don't have a TV.
- I am sensitive to strong perfumes. So, although I'm OK with incense and some perfumes, I struggle with intense 'Lynx' smells.
- I favor lamps in the loungeroom space over big lights as I have light sensitivity.
- We have a doggo, he is a beautiful mix-breed and will adore someone else being around to love him.
- There's a Webber-BBQ, a back patio, washing machine, and a really lovely home to welcome someone in.
- Must be LGBTIQ+ friendly

I have a preference for short-term sub-leasing arrangements, but if we get along and it seems like a good fit - I'm open to exploring a longer stay.
