Description of the home

A new split level townhouse apartment that will be completed by the beginning of November. The apartment is split onto 2 levels and has a spiral staircase up the bedrooms.

The build is almost finished although we are yet to do a recent walkthrough for some updated images.

Downstairs is about 45sqm and will have all the furniture the house needs. We can also furnish your bedroom with a queen bed and some other pieces (if desired, the furniture is a walnut wood).

The downstairs area looks out onto the front balcony which looks over onto Westgarth Street which is a tree lined street in Fitzroy. The ceilings in the main room are 4.7m high.

Upstairs you will find both bedrooms. Our bedroom has a connected ensuite. Your bathroom will be all yours and is just down the hall from your bedroom. There is a second entrance (we are calling it a back door) on this floor. The only thing to mention about your bathroom, is that its the only way to access the laundry (see floorplan).

We are looking for someone who has a deep appreciation for beautiful furniture and decor, and someone who is incredibly tidy (like us). We are both busy people although we do enjoy spending most of our downtime at home. We would welcome someone who was on a similar page. While we love being social, we usually come home to relax and unwind.
