Large 3 bedroom dwelling above a shopfront on Smith St Fitzroy at the SUPER QUIET Victoria Pde end. 🙂 This is triple brick and extremely quiet at night. Access via private and secure remote controlled roller door entrance off Little Smith St.
There is a large lounge room at the front of the building upstairs with 2 beautiful arched windows with shutters. Roomy Kitchen downstairs with dishwasher, electric oven and gas stove top. Plenty of bench space. Really nice to cook in and has a view out onto the garden courtyard. Laundry and powder room also downstairs. New light carpets are due to be installed prior to Christmas and painting room by room scheduled for next year.

Hey there. I'm Maree. I work in the Architecture and Design Industry and am an artist. I make handprinted wallpapers and design bespoke interiors inspired by nature, arts and crafts and human connection. My flatmate is Ketereh. She is a lovely and kind human with a phd in chemical engineering. She is current doing research for a couple of Universities. We have a really nice harmony in the house and are looking for a third person that can enter on the same vibe. We are social and engage with each other yet fully independent, respect each others personal space and down time. There is one doggo in the house too. Kiera. A senior staffy. Super friendly and affectionate but stays out of the way if people aren't into her.
