Ideally We’re looking for roomies around our age(25-30), who are keen to keep communal areas clean, get along with and add a nice vibe to the home. Sorry no couples or pets. You will be required to go on the lease and the real estate agent will require rental history, payslips from your employer and 2 personal and professional references.
