Comfortable living, 2 large/1 small bedroom terrace. A very good opportunity to live in one of the most sought after parts of Melbourne. Though this house isn't at the super modern "Chic" end of the Fitzroy market, it’s an old terrace, it’s Fitzroy. But this is a nice home with nice people in the middle of a great suburb.
The Rooms are set off to the right side down a long hall. With a door separating them from the lounge area, which is comfortable and well spaced.
Though the Kitchen is compact(ish). It has a good stove (Gas Hob) and good storage. I have very good appliances and cooking equipment, so it’s a pretty comfortable situation, especially if you’re a foodie.
We are most definitely not a party house. But you are absolutely fine to live your life as wild as you like. We just all get up early as we all have very demanding jobs and very busy lives. Thought this might be an important note.
Brunswick street practically on your doorstep. Eastern freeway only 1 km away, and the city a walk to the tram, or 5 min drive (40 min walk) away and some of Melbournes best Restaurants, bars and cafes only a few hundred meters away.! We are leaning towards living with a woman/NB person. But it’s not essential. So don’t hesitate to apply, it’s just a preference thing. Thanks

We are a very relaxed and engaging home but also kinda self contained and private, an oxymoron I know, but actually specific.
I'm super music orrientated, But i'm passed my party/Dj life, after a few decades in the industry, I’m no longer seeking late nights and crazy times. I’m mostly focused now on my health and yoga (don’t worry I’m not the crystal carrying namaste type)
I have a reasonably large personality, but you'll get a sense of me at first meeting. I'm not scary?!
I love food, I love life, I love my child, I love music.
The other flatmate has lived with me for 3 years and is a quiet and private. Is very clean and mostly is at work or with friends.
I have had very good tenants up to now, and the departing housemate has been particularly good, So as the house I am offering is very comfortable, affordable and insanely close to Brunswick street. I want another good one.
I just really want to live in a relaxed, comfortable setting. I generally respect everyone for who they are, and realistically hope for the same in return. This house is a good opportunity in a very good suburb.
