HOUSEMATES
You would be living with Ben (33, accountant, he/him), Anna (32, teacher, she/her) & Oli (2, 🐶).

Neither of us are party animals but pretty social/busy. 🏠 We sometimes share a meal, open to some shared cooking and hopefully whoever moves in likes the idea of a homey environment.

Anna: is a high school English teacher and loves running, eating, seeing films, and taking Oli dog for an explore. In her time off you’ll find her hiking, visiting galleries or reading in coffee shops 💁‍♀️.

Ben: is an accountant working at a chocolate company (hope you like free choc)🍫 . I love learning new songs to play on the guitar, cycling along the Merri Ck and going to the odd gig.

Oli: loves love, smiley, daggy boy who loves pats, swims, sticks and mushy bananas. 🍌

HOUSE
The house is in a lovely, leafy street with friendly neighbours and lots of passing cyclists and dogs. Back a block from Nicholson street it has a nice quiet feel and is well connected to the nearby Merri creek, Edinburgh gardens and High St Northcote, nice cafes and only 300m from the capital city bike trail & 96 tram.

The house has big windows, generous living, dining and kitchen areas. The bathroom and laundry are a bit basic but functional. There is a large yard at the back and small lawn at the front. It’s an old house so it is spacious and there is ducted heating but there is no air con and no dishwasher. One car can be parked in the driveway and there’s plenty of unlimited street parking. No pets & whoever moves in needs to be happy living with Oli 🐶 but Anna will do the walking/feeding etc.

The room is smallish with a large wardrobe and window, 2.9 x 3.8m. The bed & drawers pictured are for sale, let us know if you might be interested in purchasing them.

Bills and expenses

Bills are split evenly + $75 for internet per month + mowing is $80 every 4-6 weeks.
