looking for a nice individual to fill a room in a sunny, spacious apartment unit in Fitzroy north. You will be sharing with one other person.
- Rent will be $1200 per month + bond $1060 + bills
- Move in date is 8th of May
The unit, is located on Nicholson st right across from the 96 tram stop and a stones throw away from piedimontes grocer. It's a two bedroom light filled cosy apartment flat with great cooling/ heating, hardwood floorboards and great communal amenities. Plus there's a pool for the warmer months and a allocated underground car spot.
The room is spacious enough to fit in all your bedroom essentials with a large window and built in wardrobes.

Ideally looking for someone who is full time employed, chilled and can relaxed in home environment to share and wind down in.
Also, must be clean, respectful and all the rest.
