This rental is for shared occupancy of the apartment which is fully furnished.

I live in the apartment with Andrea and Juan who are going away for 5 weeks. They want to rent out their room whilst away so are looking for a single person or couple to move in for ideally 5 weeks from 31st Dec to 5th Feb.

This is a lovely apartment with loads of light and views from the 3rd floor with a large balcony, all mod cons and wifi. Great condition and clean and tidy. Fully furnished apartment with queen bed, double wardrobe, desk and chesf of drawers in the available bedroom.

Great location only 6 mins to Footscray train station and buses, 2 mins to loads of local shops and restaurants in Footscray. 5 mins to the river and local parks.
