Get ready to explore a lively sharehouse located right in the heart of Footscray! We currently have two private rooms up for grabs, each equipped with a lockable door to ensure your privacy and peace of mind. Safety first, right?

Each room boasts its own ensuite bathroom and toilet, which has just been refreshed with new tiles for a modern and cozy vibe. Plus, we've got cleaning supplies on hand to help you keep your space sparkling clean. Because who doesn’t love a tidy home? It’s like a breath of fresh air!

Your roomy retreat comes fully furnished, but if you prefer a minimalist vibe, we can remove the furniture upon request. No judgment here! 😄

Each room features a full-length mirror with a sliding door and a built-in wardrobe with plenty of drawers—perfect for making sure you’re looking sharp as you head out. After all, first impressions count!

You can choose between a king single or a double bed (mattress included, with one linen sheet set, pillow, and comforter provided). There's also a study desk and chair for those moments when you need to channel your inner genius!

The kitchen is a shared space that comes equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, stove, and various other appliances. Utensils and cutlery are also available, but it’s best to chat with your housemate first—just in case there’s a ‘Dibs’ system in place (you know how it goes! 😅).

IMPORTANT: Laundry is done off-site. Don’t worry, there’s a laundromat just a 2-minute stroll from the house. Quick and easy!

This lovely abode is nestled in a safe and peaceful neighborhood, just a hop away from the fabulous Pho-Town shops, restaurants, and bars/pubs. A leisurely 10-minute walk through the shops leads you to Footscray Train Station and the Central Transportation Hub, making it super easy to venture further west or head to the bustling Highpoint Shopping Centre or the lively CBD.

Rent is $300 per week for singles or $500 per week for couples (paid fortnightly). Water, gas, electricity, and internet are all included—no hidden fees here!

The bond is $600 for singles and $1000 for couples.
