If you love animals, but don’t have any of your own, this is the place for you. Both the cats and the dog are super loving, and I take care of all the animal maintenance. So all the hugs with none of the responsibilities - win win!
Huge lounge room and backyard - with a veggie patch. There’s also a big shed and a greenhouse out back if you’re into woodworkin, gardening or need a place to stash surfboards or excess furniture.
Kitchen is stocked with pots and pans and all that fun stuff, but there’s also a heap of cupboard space if you have stuff to add. I have a fridge that we can share, but previous housemates have brought their own.
I also have a washing machine + dryer so no trips to the laundromat 🎉
I’ve converted the little 3rd bedroom as a home office that you can also set up in for work/study/craft.

- 902 bus stop, 3 mins walk
- Nunawading train station, 5 mins drive (or catch the 902)
- Forest Hill Chase, 3 min drive/12 min walk

Rent is $220p/w or $270p/w for couples - paid monthly. Bond is the standard 4 weeks in advance. Bills are additional to rent.
Bills are electricity, gas, water, internet - split equally.

I’m in my 30’s and work full time in marketing. I’m hybrid remote/from home, so I get to spend half the week at home with the pets. I’m an active person, an animal lover, and like having friends over for pizza + games/TV every now and again. I go climbing + yoga a couple of times a week and have just started diving.
I’m also one of those creatives crafty types so in my spare time (whatever that is) I enjoy making clothes, doodling or bringing the garden to life.
- Kit the cat. The fluffy man of the house who has the loudest purrs in the world. Very passionate about food.
- Leeloo the small girl cat loves cuddles and even belly scritches. She’s also best friends with the dog - which is pretty cute.
- Cujo the Rottweiler who is a big teddy bear. She’s a sweet girl who loves pats, people and squeaky balls.
